International Women’s Day x Alexandra Järgren

On March 8 in Stockholm, ATEK Sports and elite athlete, entrepreneur and coach Alexandra Järgren hosted an athlete-led International Women’s Day session — built for women and designed as a real performance experience, not a typical celebration.

Hosted at AIVI Training Club (Vegagatan 8), we brought together a curated mix of founders, creatives, athletes, and community leaders to train, connect, and reset — where performance, mindset, and culture meet in the same room.

Performance for Her. By Her.

The session was built on one principle: training is a statement. Not aesthetics — but capacity, confidence, and discipline. The class was designed with women’s physiology in mind, focusing on strength, explosiveness, endurance, and sustainable performance — with one goal: participants leaving stronger than they came.

Why ATEK Sports builds experiences like this

At ATEK Sports, we believe the most valuable sports marketing doesn’t feel like marketing. It feels like culture.

We put athletes in focus - not as “faces,” but as leaders. Then we design formats that connect:

  • Elite sport (real credibility)

  • Community (real energy)

  • Culture (real relevance)

That’s the bridge we build: where brands, athletes, and people can meet through experiences that are earned - not forced.

A premium community format brands can learn from

This was a limited-capacity experience by design: the right energy in the room matters more than scale. Post-session, the experience continued with refuel and recovery with Joe & The Juice, plus curated partner goodie bags from BetterYou, The No Bar, AIVI Studios, and My L’AURA Health - details that elevate a training session into a complete brand moment.

For brand leaders, the takeaway is simple: we don’t place logos - we build moments people choose to be part of, and share.

International Women’s Day is often communicated. This time, it was felt.

That’s ATEK Sports Club: athlete-first experiences where performance becomes culture and brand awareness is earned through authenticity.
